Sadly, the general view of plumbers/ heating engineers (or most trades for that matter) are mainly based on TV programmes like ‘Rogue Traders’ so it can initially be a tough job to win the confidence of customers. We are of course in the business to make a living but we do conduct our business in a professional and fair manner, the results have to please us and we only accept good quality work. We believe we provide good value for money and will only use good quality products, this being one of the reason why we opt for Worcester-Bosch boilers and have as a result become recognised ‘Specialist Installers’ by them.
